I have been using this system for the last 6 months and it has helped me tremendously! The system breaks down all of our domestic duties into daily chores...this will help you avoid the "all day marathon cleaning". Instead, you rotate through your chores which keeps your house perpetually clean, laundry caught-up, and meals planned. I used to do the Fly Lady system and it felt very overwhelming to me, the Motivated Moms systems is totally do-able!
